You have to go on You Tube to find out how to set it up since there are no instructions in the box. The Blink website wasn't any help. We had to use a drill to install the cameras. So far, so good.

It was great when I first installed it. But when the hub went down and would not let me reconnect (still won't) after hours of troubleshooting 3 outdoor and 4 indoor cameras are now useless. Had to unplug the indoor ones because even though the system said it was disarmed they were still recording and I could not connect to shut them down. It hasn't worked since December and they were still charging me the monthly fee..

Heard good things about this wireless set so i purchased it recently to see if it lived up to the hype. Love the fact that it syncs with the echo dot.

Easy to set up. Video quality is not the best and there seems to be a delay in activation which could be my internet service.

We purchased these to add to our doorbells. However, the sensor range is very short. We wanted to cover our driveway and it only covers, maybe, 10’ from the house. The doorbell notices movement before the camera. We’ve tried maxing out the range, but still the same. Not sure why Blink/Amazon makes these. We were excited about these only to have disappointment. The reason we gave a 3 Stsr id due to the video and picture resolutions. That’s it.

This system only work for “LOW LEVEL TRAFFIC” or you’ll be replacing batteries every month. Also, the camera to router strength is very weak. They HAVE to be within 60 ft. depending on building type. Furthermore, kit does NOT come with needed hardware to mount onto brick, etc. so check into that too. In THEORY & on PAPER it’s a good system. For us, we had to return. And BEWARE, INSTALL HAS TOBE WITHIN 15 DAYS of receiving.

I connected the base unit to my wifi and all seemed to be well, but when I added the camera it would not connect. I got a flashing red LED on the camera and a message indicating a system error. I emailed tech support but their answer came too late; I decided to return the system. I don't know that they could have helped me anyway. I had done everything "by the book" and the system still failed. Maybe I got a bad unit.

Honestly regret my purchase. When I need to record or see in real time it always almost never fails to tell me to try again later.

I like that you can talk thru these and when you watch live you have the option to keep a recorded clip. It does have a little lag and I’m still trying to figure out how to get it at the perfect sensitivity.

Motion detection works well sends an alert to my phone. Picture is not very good in unlit areas at night. The playback on the APP has a mind of its own at times, but works as it should most of the time.

No audible alarm available with camera. Does not notify you when an event is captured on video.

The camera back mount will not snap in place Would like to replace them if possible i love the Surveillance cameras the only problem was the back mount won't snap in

Did not actually install and returned after realizing that I would be up on ladder changing batteries every few months.

The cameras work good I only wish that the cameras has more movement, you can only turn them just so far. Maybe if the stem of the cameras were longer I would be able to turn them farther.

I would prefer to get these in White. Yu cannot turn off the blue light when they are activated and it reflects if you put them in a window instead of mounting them outside.

Although the unit is good, our w-fi would not support it. It was a gift and the return was a painless experience. We are looking into another choice for the family. Thanks

Love this product, we bought multiple cameras for our home and for our remote garage. The wifi connection makes it easy to set up as access from any app, which shows each camera individually. Includes both live video view and live snapshot, along with motion detection video capture.

They work good records perfectly the only thing is only one person can watch the live videos and after a month or so you have to pay for subscription to keep recording and saving videos

I can’t figure out how to install this camera. It’s very difficult. It’s not user friendly. Very frustrating. I’m being turned off by all the stress.

For peace of mind, keep an eye on your home while away with this piece of equipment. Well made and great function, It senses motion and records whatever length of video you program, every time. I enjoy mine very much.
