Don't like.

These outdoor cameras are nothing like the xt2's, deleted videos pop up, pictures go from dark to light, slow motion detection. Wish I had my xt2's back or could find them again.

Keeps asking for a credit card number supposedly no charge but leads into something fraudulently added. Cannot give any star rating on this product because could not get it hooked up!!

Wouldn't recommend

My husband is handy and it took several calls to customer service to get it up and running and when it stopped working restart it. It worked off and on when we were at the house. When we left it stopped working. Wouldn't recommend.

Poor quality

The bad: The video quality is poor. The sound quality is poor. The system would rarely let me see live video. You have to pay for a subscription to save videos. I would not recommend these cameras to anyone.

If you get a lot of motion, batteries won't last 2 yrs. Instructions were vague. Had to go to YouTube to see how to set up.

Dissatisfaction

Talk feature now inactive. Live action not working now, A total nightmare to get help through the geek squad or total tech. camera crash feature isn't working. I am told only returning the camera to the store will I get service. I am in Mexico for the winter.
