These were simple to us and connect to the phone. I talked to the customer service folks and they told me these cameras would meet my needs (and they did).

Love this system!! So easy to set up and use. You can use them by themselves, but a plus plan with unlimited cloud storage is $100 a year.

These are a lifesaver; literally! I bought them for my peace of mind but I'll be darned if my wife doesn't use them more than me!

Great system for the price only problem is connection need strong WiFi signals.

Not the best night vision, mod keep kicking it’s self off line, and the faster winds would mine the cameras. Day time they were great and has great audio but was looking more for night stuff and discovered they are hacked pretty easy. Not the best but not the worst

Seemed pretty straight forward but set up was a bit tedious the attachment to mount them didn't seem the sturdiness so we opted for a ring door bell instead.

Easy to set up easy to use. I have zero complaints

so far, so good. will wait and see. It's been less than a month, so what can I say?

THESE CAMERAS ARE COMPLETE GARBAGE AMAZON QUALITY CONTROL IS REALLY THE WORST! THE MAIN REASON I SAY THIS IS BECAUSE OF THERE SO CALLED MOTION DETECTION. I HAVE ONE OF THESE SET UP AT MY FRONT DOOR BUT IT WILL NOT DETECT MOTION WHEN PEOPLE ARE WALKING UP TO THE CAMERA ONLY WHEN THEY ARE LEAVING AND TWORDS THE END OF THE CLIP!!!! WHAT GOOD IS A SECURITY CAMERA IF IT WILL NOT RECORD THE IMPORTANT FOOTAGE!!!!!!!!WILL BE RETURNING THIS PRODUCT!

Great camera and nice night view. Perfect for keeping an eye or for strangers around your house

Batteries were expiered in July 2020 and I went back to see if bestbuy would give me new battery’s. They wouldn’t with out returning the camera which I already had set up. I had to buy new batteries and got them home opened them. They also were expired in July of 2020. I won’t go back there. Rediculous!!! So much for going local!!

Love the cameras just not the fact you cam only use one type of batteries and they are endoenergético and drain quick

I think these cameras are completely unsatisfactory. It is hard to see anything on my phone but pictures of our house, very difficult to see what is setting off the cameras, and I don't think they help protect us at all.

Great starter kit for medium-to-large house, Easy to use and set up. Known beforehand about slight delay in the "detection to begin recording" time.

Overall not as good quality as I had hoped for but better than nothing

This system is absolutely junk. You get a 30 day trial (long after best buys 15 day return policy) and after that all the cameras and devices are absolutely worthless unless you pay an extra 100$ a year on top of that or it won't record anything. It's absolutely junk.

Could get this to work. I’m an engineer with plenty of IT experience. Not user friendly

The delay in recording any activity makes having a security camera almost useless.
