    I can't get the fitbit to turn on, it is installed according to my phone but I need step-by-step instructions to learn how to do it. Are there any available? I am learning how to use my new smart phone at the same time, I could use instructions on it too.

    Bought this yesterday, Sync module included, It worked for a few hours then the sync module died. All efforts to reset it have not worked. No response from Blink, no phone support only email. Web searches and FAQ show how to reset and reinitialize the camera, none of these work.
