Waste of money

I didn’t know it doesn’t record 24/7. When you need it the most it won’t record! On top of that you have to buy a yearly subscription if you want extra storage. I wish I hadn’t bought these and now i cant return them. Also i had to buy solar panels which are also a nightmare.the lithium battery only last 3 days. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy!

Requires internet and subscription to be able to use storage features. Also the images are small and grainy. Will probably return and purchase a system that does not require an internet connection and has local storage. The description did not provide adequate information about the product. I purchased a separate “sync unit” because although the word kit implied a “sync unit” was included in the package, it did not specifically say so.

Latency of notification.

I'm not sure yet if the recording begins before I'm alerted. It appears that an intruder may easily get past the camera before I'm alerted.

Hate that you cant zoom in on videos. And customer service is zero help let alone understand them.
