It's a good camera, the only bad thing is if you use a USB drive it is constantly disconnecting even tho it's still in.

Worst camera system ever picks up rabbits, cats, blowing leaves, and the microphone doesn't work for crap. It's either too sensitive or not sensitive enough and if you don't have this subscription plan you can't delete files all at once you have to go through each file and delete it individually if it's on the USB.

Pro: can see temperature, do not need to run a wire for power or connection, maybe good for around your house Con: usually the connection doesnt work, I got for my barns but it is just about too far, sometimes works. Can only see one camera at a time and there is a delay on when you can look at the next camera, do not get notifications of movement or noise.

The battery life spam sucks,lasted one week . After the 30 day trail you have to pay per camera to have them recording I think this whole thing is a gimmick if I paid for the the system why should I have to pay monthly per camera Best Buy you should remove this item from the store worsted money spent ever. PS. Night vision sucks

This company tells you that the battery life last two years. The most I get is 2weeks! This is unacceptable for the price I paid.

Very easy to install but I have had issues with one of the cameras always taking a long video and I know it is draining the batteries

For the price these cameras are fine but the app isnt' all that great. Lots of bugs and recording is weird on the app.

Doesnt catch multiple views and the service isnt free

Battery died in 2 days. The clips are very short and cut off too early to catch anything on film, even after adjusting clip length setting.

The New design is cool but It didn’t work for me kept going off line wouldn’t Connect to my Wi-Fi Cameras wouldn’t connect to the module 2 try to contact blink Customer service they didn’t email me or return my call and It been 14 days and counting. Will be returning this to Best Buy..

I thought these cameras were going to be good but they are not. Very low quality pictures and hard to operate.

I wish I knew how hard it would be to get support, after the initial set up. I decided to use a USB drive to record instead of buying a subscription. The device says the USB drive is incompatible. They are sending me a new receiver to resolve the issue. I tried to call/email them today, regarding an issue with the delivery address. No contact possible either way.

Didn’t work. I even called the company to help me and walk me through it so the camera would work and they didn’t even know how to do it.

I have tried to install this camera for weeks. I have reached out via their system twice with no response. I’m returning it to the store.

Too many false motion detections to be anything but a bother. Configured to only detect motion in specific areas, yet branches moving nearby set it off. Using local storage, too much lag in viewing the stored videos. And no thumbnails of the local videos makes them not useful.

Cameras work fairly well. Must purchase a plan after a period of time or you cant record and save images or videos...

Not working correctly want a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this product

Not amazing, but not horrible. You’re better off with a ring doorbell camera. I just returned it and got a full home security system.

Just does not do what we expected. Everything is delayed by a day or two. Live feed is bad. Night is a joke. No night view with this system. Just not impressed one bit for this over priced camera system. Expected better with tech so advanced and big brother tech doing better for the people that keep them in business. Bummer ...sad face!

They work great however I have had them only a month and one has now quit working. Luckily I paid the extra $ to have them protected.
