Cameras have a clear picture. Audio is not clear, picks up so many other noises. When batteries run out and they have to be recharged, the camera no longer works on app. It’s almost impossible to add them back to the Sync module. I am really frustrated with this whole issue.

Purchased for my rental property. Works okay the range for the Wi-Fi is the only issue for me.

One of them came with problems have to charge it every day

Does not let me see all images live on one page on the app at the same time like my other camera app. It shows a blank page that you have to tap and then wait for it to appear. The sound is to noisy and statically. I wish i could return it but unfortunately it was installed more than a month later after purchase and now its to late to exchange it for other cameras

These camras are a complete waste of money for three hundred dollars I expect a product to work! I bought six of these camras and I can only get two of the six working properly the one that’s in the same room as my modem and router and the one that’s in the room behind my router works that’s it. None of the other cameras will work I even bought the most expensive WiFi range extender BestBuy had to offer and nothing! I bought a second WiFi extender which I can’t get to work as of yet but don’t waste your money on these camras especially if you expect them to work outside which I bought the outdoor camras thinking they would have no problem inside close to WiFi, ha wrong again I don’t think any blink products actually work as advertised stay away from this EXPENSIVE JUNK!!!!!!!

The battery dies super quickly. Worst purchase ever.

Four vandalisms and two thefts. Cameras did not record a thing. These cameras are worthless

It records way to fast and I have them near road to capture cars and can't get them

The cameras work well, but the ethics of the company and the lack of tech support leave much to be desired. It is very obvious that the system is designed NOT to work long term with the local storage option. I can only assume that this is to force the buyer to enroll in the ongoing expense of a plan. I purchased and installed a USB Memory card as per the instructions, and it will work well for about 12 hours- then I get message to "insert USB memory". I reinsert and it works for a while longer. I have reached out to tech support 5 times now and only get told to reread the instructions or remove and insert the USB stick. Is one supposed to sit by the system to be able to continually reinsert the memory. So potential buyers be aware. You will have to pay their monthly (or annual) fee or your system will become worthless. I got scammed-

System sounded good but many issues. First was no paper instructions and explanation of features. Cameras do work well once connected but do not pick up motion well. Also they do not work well in low light conditions. Will be returning and getting another system.

DAY vision is VERY poor quality color doesn't work all the time. NIGHT vision VERY POOR

Worst is camera battery die not even one week please don’t buy

They don’t have very good night vision. And one camera stopped working already

Great Technical support response. The notification lag time was anywhere from 45 Seconds to one minute.

Dont like the sync box much, but asode from that the 10 to 60 sec lag between recording doesnt help much either
