I was out of town and they told me to rest the sync module back to internet , I was 3,000 miles away. I thought they ran on batteries. Do not recommend! Can not see pictures at night at all.

Unhappy with features and Service

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cameras cannot be used to monitor activity, you constantly get a "continue?" button you MUST press every few seconds to monitor. Making these cameras useless to use for looking out for deliveries, etc. I live in a pretty secluded area and need this functionality. I have not been told it isn't a functionality though I've asked the specific questions. ADDITIONALLY, BEFORE I purchased, I confirmed with the Best Buy agent I was working with online (Penny Jones) these cameras and the link work with Google Assistant. After having them a month, I am now being told they will ONLY work with Alexa. I was given a case number when talking to another Best Buy agent and I was supposed to get the chat record, which I did not. So now, I cannot even go to the store to get a manager to do something since I never rec'd the call I was supposed to receive.
