I had been a blink customer for several years and was receiving free monitoring as I was "grandfathered" because I owned blink equipment prior to the company charging. Some of my camera were not working as well as in the past so I purchased some replacements. Unfortunately, despite reading that I would continue to be grandfathered and receive free monitoring, the addition of new cameras triggered the paid subscription. I have tried to contact Blink for almost 2 weeks with both voicemails and emails, but all attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. I have never experienced such poor customer service!! Because of this, I would strongly recommend to not purchase Blink equipment and move on to another brand.

Don’t like that by the time it notifies me of motion that the person is already gone. One of the cameras is always having issues the most important one in front and if you try to view it takes forever to load so what’s the point the person would have stolen my stuff by then and been gone

Good camara but batteries do not last. Newer model is less and has more features

Even thought it your net work and you pay for the data.on 5/1/21 they change my system now fighting with it. $10 for all 3 cam so a 120 more a year. ripe off would neve bought if i new this. They say you can use usb witch is what I was doing tell they messed with it. now junk never get my $200 back out of it and no the battery dont last 2 year they would if you don't use them.

We tried these but returned. The sound was good but the imaging, not so much. Especially in the dark, we could not see much during testing we did. Returned to find a high quality product. Seemed to be great for indoors in a lit area, if that’s what you are intending to do.

Absolute crap! Hardly ever works properly. Buy any other product.

Item does not work, Best Buy refused to take back.

These are well made and a nice deal for the price, but I ultimately decided to spend a little more money for something a little more full featured. The way they record video, and the time it takes to check out your recordings was just too clunky for me

They are good however wind seems to be a big problem
