These cameras are not very good at all. You have to be within 6 ft of the camera before it starts recording and the record time is very limited.There is a minimum trigger time of 10 seconds before it will start the next recording. Most of all I could not get any Customer Support.I called several time and left several messages and NO REPLY. Be aware Of Best Buys return policy.You only have 15days to the minute, to make return.

Would not buy again quality is bad camera only works on and off and some times 2to 3 sec record time.black and white video and pictures

Not for security, only use as a game or bird watching camera,, no way would I ever recommend this for watching property,

Before TX/TX2 are free security camera to use now required to subscribe.

I bought these cameras to put around my house outside and the box said 1 year battery life but had them go dead after about a week

Do not buy "Blink" camera system. They put you on a trial account and then when it runs out the system no longer will record videos. It says it will record to a local storage device, but it refused to record anything to the USB drive I had installed. Keep wanting be to subscribe to their plan and pay to use a camera system I paid for.

There are definitely better cameras you can buy, j believe this batch is defective but i have to change the batteries out on 2 of them about once a month. And when trying to view its always saying camera busy. Honestly these shohld have rechargeable battery packs because the using lithium ion batteries becomes expensive every 6 months or worse every month

The two year batteries have lasted less than 3 weeks. The motion detection doesn't always record.

Took them back. No range and lots of problems. couldn't stream. picked up birds flying past them.

Liked the size of the camera put the app wasn't adding all cameras I had purchased and it kept freezing up. I had to return purchase

If you have to have something then okay. But the video quality is very poor. Just save and invest in a ring!

Horrible doesn’t capture motion well poor picture quality

The $10 a month charge for these camera's is a bummer that I did not realize was necessary to catch motion when not watching the cameras. I let the free 60 day expire, I then found out these things are of no value to me unless I pay rent to Amazon. I have a couple of other camera systems that do not require a monthly payment.

You need to buy a subscription. Also ours are not working as good anymore. I’m not sure why. I would not recommend

Extremely disappointed in this system. Research along with info from store rep led us to believe using a thumb drive would allow for viewing clips on smart phones. That is not the case, error messages and never worked as described. Returned and went with Eufy, much better and no extra cost for storing and viewing clips.

Not a fan of the subscription based storage. Wish that would have been more clear when i purchased. Yeah you can use local storage but Amazon goes out of their way to make that interface clunky and take features away in order to strongarm you into buying their cloud service. Video quality is okay, motion detection is okay, app is okay... just okay.

Not what I was expecting, and I can't returned it!

Poor resoution.. Doesn't work without sync device pugged in....

Timing is awful and connectivity is a hassle! Wish I could still return.
