Poor night quality. Day vision is okay so far. Need better night quality

Do not use Blink security cam they are hackable even when they say that no one can hack them. That is not true at all do not believe the blinks cams at all we called multiple of times telling them that our neighbor hacked into our blinks and they told us that is impossible. Nothing is impossible I told them they just wanted to argue with dad and I over this.

Mateo said there was no monthly fee. Just buy the camera, install, and no other fees to get the video clips. Wrong!!! After buying the camera, paying to install them and having for a month...I get a message to start paying to have video clips...over $100 a year!!! I need a refund!

I can't get them to work I change the batteries, but I'm lost

Cameras are clear but i have to change batteries every week so i dont suggest these..

DO NOT BUY unless you are willing to spend $10/month on a subscription. Without a subscription it will not record video even to a local USB drive. You can only do a live view and get notified on motion alerts. This system is not useful without a subscription. Again this will not record video to the local USB drive if you don't have a subscription.

Never mentioned subscription when I bought it and now they say they will stop recording videos if I don't subscribe. It would have been good to know that when I bought them The videos are very short, you can tell motion, but not long enough to see if the person had ulterior motives

it is not easy plug and play. I hired a tech savy person to set it up. Within a few days, the product stopped working. Before I knew it, it had past the time that I could return it... I have emailed BLINK support. Their recommendations are not easy to understand. Unless you have a resident tech person in the house, I would not buy this again.

It's hard to get the camera's working-very disapppointed.

Love Best Buy ~ but, Everything I read about Blink was it was subscription free. It is ~ but, you lose all of the benefits of even putting up cameras. The subscription is $3.00 / month for each item or $10.00 / month for all. If you don't want to sign up for the monthly fee I would go for another brand

Bought this thinking it would be easy to install. This also needs accessories, which was not mentioned.

I don't like the video at night is blurry. It only alerts me for motion when it's armed.

Didnt like the app, wont let u play back only has events

It’s scam, useless , they writing on the box the battery stay One year or two years don’t remember, but after on month the battery is gone, the clips record very poor quality, not clear video, in the rain the picture blurry, I don’t recommend it to anybody. Stay a way from it.

IR Night vision doesn’t work for all 3 Cameras. Exchange or return?

They are cheaply made and do not put outside not waterproof

The camera quality was not good very distorted spend the extra money get something better

Something is always ring with these cameras. Wouldn’t recommend but better than having nothing

The synk module doesn’t work when you need It shows “No live view”
