Unless a customer is VERY savy on the computer forget it, your wasting your time or be prepared to pay tech

Posted .Battery use is affected by such things as Placing cameras in high traffic areas and leaving them armed all the time, Slow Internet connection speeds, Extreme Temperatures, Extended use of Live View, and Weak Camera signal strength between sync module and WIFI router. They are OK, as long as you can keep them working

Work pretty well. You do have some challenges with the light playing tricks on the cameras. Then 3 weeks after install 2 of the cameras failed. Cant return to Best Buy. Trying to contact Blink (only allowed via email). Tried 3 times...Still no response.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have already replaced the batteries in 3 of my cameras. They do no work 1/2 of the time. I have had my cable company out to service my cable/internet and nothing is wrong with my service. I get almost 500 Mbps speed and even have an extender. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Never was told I had to PAY to receive video clips like my Blink xt2. I was told by a Best Buy rep that it would work with my Blink xt2 system....it did for a 30 day trail...now I have to PAY.... crappy

When you have storage trouble tech support is going to tell you they can’t help unless you use their cloud….which of course costs money every month. The two Blink cameras I bought 3 months prior came with free cloud storage and work great. They just want your money.

Battery is horrible lasted less then 1 months. Only good for homes that are not occupied. With no movement. Get tons of errors of camera is busy or failed when trying to use.

Spend more money, get a better system

Worked great in the beginning but coincidentally once you no longer subscribe to on line monitoring it fails. Going to spend more and get a better setup.

Worst Security System I ever purchased.

Multiple tech support calls and system does not have Geofensing in with Arlo does and that is the way I prefer to have it arm and disarm
