    Very hard to set up. 1 of 3 Cameras stop working after ~ one month. Saving clips to usb storage stopped working. Very disappointed. Of coarse can not reture afer only 3 months so the warrenty sucks

    Horrible. Not worth the money. Motion capture sucks. Did not record anything of matter and constant reminders of memory and battery usage make it worthless for the purpose of recording. I got busy with life and missed my date to return or I would have.

    Batteries dont last two years. I just bought the cameras in July 2021 and its November 2021 already Replace Batteries 3 times. Customer service is a joke and they told me to get 2 years on the battery you can only record 70 seconds of video a day.

    I would not recommend the Blink system to anyone. Two of the five cameras have stopped working completely. The one year warranty just expired. How convenient. Was not told that we had to pay to subscribe to a Blink account. Can't get through to support

    Before buying just know this service is not free only free for 30 days video recording you must subscribe unlike the box stating I don't like this subscription thang, but I love my camera. They need to work on the Audio.

    Not what Manufacturer says it was, just about to install it and then BANG, need your CC, charging for the ring doorbell, returned it the next day, got another Arlo instead, better choice.

    Worked decent for a about 3 weeks now I cant even access the cameras from the app. One of the units already needs the batteries replaced. The app constantly closes, says error, wont let me access the cameras.

    I truly hate these cameras, they’re so faulty and not worth it. Whenever motion is locked up and you’re alerted when you click on it the video will give an error due to recording being in process so unless someone stays in frame it don’t be in real time.

    Horrible quality, horrible audio, battery doesn’t last long even though the box says 6yrs up to battery life don’t waste your time and money on these Don’t recommend at all ! And I can’t return this item either ridiculous.

    This worked well for a month then ot would not sync with my router. Customer service jelped but took way took long to resolve issue. Battery life is not that great buy the ac adapters.

    I dislike the camera equipment as it’s not very great with security and the fact I can’t locate a camera after it was removed from window inside my home by landlord

    Ask more then once did we have to buy a service to use cameras was told no by employee and his store manager an after a month you do or it would record. This is bull.

    I got these for christmas cameras wouldn't stay connected and if they did stay connected I couldn't access them. They just didn't work well I've since returned and gotten arlo working flawlessly. Not sure about there quality in branding now....

    Had an appointment scheduled and in last minute discovered that the geek could not honor it. Made it very clear when i scheduled that i get home by 3pm...it was ok until last minute...may be refunding geek program.

    junk compared to older ones... best buy won't do return after 14 days... so make sure u check them as soon as you get them... even if they are defective! Blink won't answer your call either! Find another solution to cameras!

    Don't waste your money. Im happy i went with wyze. Love there system so much more and these cameras are really hard to see anything that is going on. Go with another system.

    It’s says 2 years guarantee batteries… if u get luck maybe 2 months, it’s another rent paying every month new batteries, no recommended, buy a cable camareras

    Was very unhappy with how the cameras mounted to the wall mount. Mounted them outside and could see that the mount would not hold up to windy weather. Ended up returning these

    The good news is that it was easy enough to install, set up the app and the images are good enough. The bad news is that on some days it is oversensitive, recording many times for no movement and other days it is over-sensitive. Seems stable on most days. Will call tech support to see what can be done as I have adjusted the motion sensitivity. There was also a problem subscribing to the cloud storage for recordings as Blink was having server challenges, but they were kind enough to extend the free trial. If I knew this before purchasing, not sure if I would have purchased this camera.
