Hi there this is omar ramos and I just wanted to let you know guys that we didn’t get any package from you today the picture from the delivery guy looks like isn’t my home

I bought the 3 Blink outdoor camera , I ended up taking them back because they will only record for up to 60 seconds , I went with Wyze they will record 24/7

It's a good buy. I found it relatively easy to set up and install. There is a complete lack of instructions in the box and I think that would be nice. It gets good pictures in full light. I have a sense of better security because of the cameras. Now easy to see what is happening!

Not worth the price. Doesn't work and slow even with fast Wi-Fi. Save your money and time into something else.

They dont work the way they are suppose to no matter how accurate you chose the activity zone it sends you random videos of nothing moving

battery is to be a 2 yr battery and they went dead within 2 days and Blink customer service wasn't any help what so ever so these were returned to the store

purchased a 5 pack bundle, 1 came defective, its been nearly impossible to get a replacement! They want to troubleshoot for over an hour!

I’ve had mine up for a few weeks now and i can’t complain about much other than if for some reason my wife goes out , the camera will not work . It has to be set up to WiFi basically . The picture is perfect and the sound quality is great , also easy to install and use over all .

Have to pay for subscription for cameras to do live recordings. Not mentioned by salesman. It’s expensive too.

Absolute garbage! Very poor quality clips are too short, batteries last for about 2weeks. Keep your ladder handy.

The worst product ever. We bought ours in August and it’s not even 6 months and we already had to replace batteries in all of them.

Its more than a month, Best buy geek squad has not install yet. !! I can not do product rating yet.

Returned. The two way capability was terrible. The person(s) couldn’t hear me unless they held the camera to their ear. Video was fine. Nothing great.

I’ve had my cameras over a couple of years now and my issues are them being overly sensitive and picking up on things I can’t see, wearing down the battery in less than a year, then not picking up on things that it should? The night vision is poor, wish I’d gotten something more reliable. Tech tells me for them being to sensitive to move them (know where else for them then where I have them for what I need) or reset the settings lower (then they don’t pick anything up) which neither would be of any help under the circumstances.

Cameras require monthly fee to work! Not listed on box Without the monthly fee, these cameras are worthless

battery lasted less than a month. it says 2 years. its two years if you dont keep it wrapped inside the box and not use it.

Good customer service but connection issues is what led to the one star, always fails to view live or still shot pictures. Not realiable

Loved the original cameras these new ones require subscription plan and don't work as good as the previous generation.

At this point I haven't even been able to set them up because I can't get the backs off to put the batteries in them. Need to return them.

Poor quality video. Sometimes the cameras will not arm, then they won’t disarm. I had an Arlo before blink. I would recommend arlo over blink
