Blink's archiving of motion-activated video clips used to be free but now users must buy a subscription for most features. Disappointingly, Blink was much better when it was free. The service is now much slower. The "Live View" feature (the most important feature) often doesn't work. Why Blink's quality and performance would go down after the company starts raking in revenue makes no sense.

I have more than a dozen of these cameras on my home and barn. At a basic level they do what you'd expect at a reasonable price. Battery life is horrible though, so mine are all wired to backup power.

Not happy with the way they function. Doesn't update photo of area every hour. The live feed notifications don't show up for 15-20 seconds or more and it doesn't even start from where the motion started.

These cameras getter job drive. Got them in sale so pretty good value.

These cameras work really well. They do great in the rain and wind also.

I don't know why these have such good reviews. I am so disappointed in them. There is a delay to start recording after motion is detected. For example, there was a cat coming into my carport and it started recording when it was halfway in the carport, not as soon as it came into view. And the cat was walking slow! If it were a person breaking in, you've lost valuable footage. Then it only records for a short period of time and then stops for 10 seconds and starts again. Again, valuable footage lost. When I leave my house in the morning my alerts go off a minimum of 4 times. Why don't these detect motion, start recording a few seconds back, and continue recording as long as there is motion?? Every other camera I've owned records as long as there is motion. This stopping for 10 seconds may be the 10 seconds that the intruder looks up. If there is a way to make them record as long as there is motion someone please tell me. I have tried altering every setting I could find. The only positive thing I can think of is that they were easy to set up. I've had them up for 3 months and no battery/network issues.

Wasn’t the best at detecting motions outside of my house so we went with something better!

I had to reset it several times. It dudnt detect motion many times. Its a good begginer camera but if yiu have an airbnb, i would upgrade

Intermittent recording. I do not always get notifications when there is movement in my yard. And no matter the settings I chose it always tells me I am using too much battery.
