Setup is a nightmare. Spent two hours and never did work. Day I returned to Best Buy, another individual was returning same purchase for same reason. What happened to the good old days of "plug and play"?

Im dissapointed in how much it lags in real time but im very dissapointed on the 2 year battery life.. 1 month hasnt even passed and the camera is already dead.

Works when it wants to. Can’t wait to upgrade to a better system

These cameras a garbage. Don’t waste your money. Purchased these after having a theft on my property. At first they seemed to work pretty well but as time went on they continued to pick up shadows, sound, and movement of trees, bugs, and birds more than people. I’ve had them for almost a year and they are worse now than ever. I’ve contacted customer support several times regarding the issues and they continually suggest to change the sensitivity and positioning of the cameras which has no effect on the performance. They won’t guarantee the system well enough to give a refund and of course the policy for best but is very short. Waste of time and money.

After 2 years battery life ends, can i replace battry on my own or do i have to trash it? . Does it need yearly subscription or memory card works?

They work very well ive only had problems with one camera kicking off other than that they are great

This camera is the worst! The battery dies fast! Someone vandalized my car and it didnt catch any of it! (My car is literally parked right infront of the camera). On multiple occasions I have literally walked in-front of it and nothing recorded. If cars drive by and the motion detector actually detects; only records their bumper. I’ve adjusted the recording times. Wireless sounds like a great idea but if you want real security you need continuously recording cameras. Every second counts. Also after a few months amazon will start charging you to keep their state of the art software to view the videos. Save your money.

No wonder why this is cheap. Its horrible! With a monthly olan you cannot get any of the footage the camera is holding, which at most is 60 seconds per video. Had to change the batteries once every 2 weeks. And you literally have to be jumping up and down in the frame for it to capture anything. The amount of times ive been waiting for a package to arrive and for the camera to tell me someone is there, only to go outside and find the package and the camera didnt pick up any footage.

We are returning ours, worked for like 5 days! Called technical support 4 times and couldn't get through to anybody finally had to put a comment on Facebook to get someone to contact me and they couldn't fix it Is. Going with a different brand.

They are great!! very very please.... i would recommend them.

Junk!! Have 2 units on the front of my garage and a wifi extender in the garage just for the cameras and still takes 45--60 seconds to show any picture. I can go outside and get in my car and leave before I'm notified by the camera someone is in my driveway

Definition is fine, but I am not able to see different cameras at the same time, u have to wait for a few seconds until the other one stops recording

If there is any interruption of power whatsoever to this product you must go home and reset it...i work out of town so that will not work for me

Most likely going to be throwing these cameras in the trash now that I’m going to have to pay $120 per year for the same service I used to get for free. They weren’t that great anyways

Worst camera you can get, doesn’t record anything. Returned and got Ring.
