Horrible product, came defective. Best buy management is horrible as well. Gave me such a hard time when returning the product.

Now i need to buy the snyc module. To connect. Why not have eveything sold together?

The worst ever!!! They onlt worked for a couple of months. A waste of money

Worked for 2 weeks then the sync module quit working and won’t reconnect to Wi-Fi or cameras

2 dont you think it should come with instructions too?

This system is just frustrating! Very slow in responding despite having tried moving the wireless camera module in every possible place in my house it still will fail to connect or is so slow it's to late to capture the motion. These cameras have to be on top of the module to work. Save the aggravation and get something else. The night images are not very clear and they eat through batteries.

Blink is the worst! I'm constantly changing the batteries every week and it barely works.

No matter what setting you put it on as far as sensitivity the thing will not activate. A simple stroll to the mailbox should activate the camera mounted over the garage but it does not. Purchased last week and they will be going back this week. ADT is arriving on Monday to install new ones that are guaranteed to be better than this POC

Average functionality… no customer service when needed… they say 48 hrs via email

Unfortunately, this camera does not work through windows.

Once the free trial is over you can’t watch video unless you buy the subscription. Not a fan

The cameras don’t stay online! Every time it works for a couple days it goes offline for another day or 2!

Had it for a few days and it doesn’t connect to the sync module and can’t give live video on app.

Set up was easy but the cameras were not displaying an image on the home page. Within minutes of connecting a camera, only being 5 feet away from the router, the cam lost connection twice. The worst part is the quality of the cam. With lights on in the living room, the quality is blurry only being 5feet away from the camera system. I immediately packed it back up and am returning it.

These don’t catch everything and you cannot constantly view live.. it also lags and takes forever to pull up a live video I don’t recommend these to anyone I will be returning these on the 5th of January..

Not impressed with the delay or the quilting of nighttime

Save your time and money and go with Wyze or someone else. I got fooled into the Blink camera right in the middle of the bait and switch they pulled on their customers. I have the original camera system that has free cloud storage. I bought this pack to add on to my existing system when I found out they don't have free cloud storage anymore and charge per camera add-on. I was getting ready to return the system when I found out they give you the option to store the recordings locally to a flash drive, so I decided to go that route. HOWEVER, they severely crippled this functionality by taking away the most basic features like recording thumbnails. This system is a disaster and a horrible move on Blinks part to screw over their customers. I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere.

easy to set up and price is great, but picture sucks, cameras take forever to load and when using the app your not able to see all your cameras at the same time, you have to click into whichever one you want to view 1 by 1

Battery life two months!!! Bad quality motion sensors !!!
