    I purchased these on Best Buy. It took me a few days to hook them up (because I work), when I tried to connect to 1 of the cameras, it said that it was already connected to someones account, (so apparently they sold me used cameras). I tried to return this item through mail but it said it would take up to 30 days to receive a refund, I just wanted to purchase a new set or exchange but didnt want to be out another 110 dollars and it take 30 days to receive my refund. So, when I finally get a day off to sit down and gather them up to drive 2 and half hours away to return them, it stated they are not returnable due to it being 4 days past the 15 days. So... we get 15 days to get these and put them together and hook them up and take them apart and send them back but, they have 30 days to return our money? What a joke!!! I didnt purchase used cameras, I purchased new ones. The cameras that I did get to connect were just fine, blink is not to blame, but... Best Buy is, so be careful when ordering ANYTHING from them!

    Consistently dropping connections. The sync module is less than 10 feet away and two cameras still don't connect. Also a sign of a terrible product. Only a 15 day return window for this product? I'd give these 0 stars if I could.

A Blink subscription plan is required to store and access recorded video clips in the cloud, which is standard across most smart home security brands. You can, however, use a Sync Module 2 with a USB drive to store clips locally without a monthly fee.       Make sure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz (Blink cameras don't support 5GHz networks)
      Check that your Sync Module is properly connected first
      Position the cameras closer to your router/Sync Module during initial setup
      Try resetting the Sync Module and cameras

    Never got it to work, it could not pair with the router and took me three hours to try and fix it, but it never worked so I gave up and took him back the next day.

    never got delivered!! they sent a picture thats nowhere on the delivery address, and according to best buy since their tiny timeframe has past there is nothing they can do. (as outrages as that sounds thats exactly what happened)

    Terrible system. It's mostly offline. Purchased in 7/25 and had to replace the batteries in one of the cameras already. Live view doesn't work. Wish I returned them right away.

      Hello KKish! Thank you so much for your review and feedback of your experience with your Blink Outdoor cameras! I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with them and had to replace the batteries so soon in one of them. There are some settings that you could adjust to lengthen your battery life, especially if you are receiving numerous motion alerts. If you go into your Device Settings in the Blink smartphone app, and then go to Motion Settings, you can adjust the Sensitivity, Zones, or Retrigger Time which could all significantly change your battery life. You should get anywhere from a year to two years out of the life of the lithium-ion AA batteries under normal settings and usage, but this can be affected by network strength, heavy traffic, and numerous motion alerts and recordings. We would still love the opportunity to troubleshoot further with you so that we can possibly resolve your issues and improve your experience with your cameras. I would advise reaching directly out to us at Blink Customer Support through the Hep Menu in your Blink app. There is a Contact Us link that will take you to the ways to reach us.     Would never recommend this product. First of all the sales girl knew nothing about it but pretended she did so I got wrong information. These cameras are ok at times but they are fixed and the battery runs out much much faster than they say.
