    never got delivered!! they sent a picture thats nowhere on the delivery address, and according to best buy since their tiny timeframe has past there is nothing they can do. (as outrages as that sounds thats exactly what happened)

    Terrible system. It's mostly offline. Purchased in 7/25 and had to replace the batteries in one of the cameras already. Live view doesn't work. Wish I returned them right away.

      Hello KKish! Thank you so much for your review and feedback of your experience with your Blink Outdoor cameras! I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with them and had to replace the batteries so soon in one of them. There are some settings that you could adjust to lengthen your battery life, especially if you are receiving numerous motion alerts. If you go into your Device Settings in the Blink smartphone app, and then go to Motion Settings, you can adjust the Sensitivity, Zones, or Retrigger Time which could all significantly change your battery life. You should get anywhere from a year to two years out of the life of the lithium-ion AA batteries under normal settings and usage, but this can be affected by network strength, heavy traffic, and numerous motion alerts and recordings. We would still love the opportunity to troubleshoot further with you so that we can possibly resolve your issues and improve your experience with your cameras. I would advise reaching directly out to us at Blink Customer Support through the Hep Menu in your Blink app. There is a Contact Us link that will take you to the ways to reach us.     Would never recommend this product. First of all the sales girl knew nothing about it but pretended she did so I got wrong information. These cameras are ok at times but they are fixed and the battery runs out much much faster than they say.

      Hello, BrittanyP. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the Blink Outdoor 4 cameras. I am sorry to hear about the experience you are having with the product and have some recommendations to try and help fix the problem. First, I recommend rebooting the cameras. You can do this by removing the batteries, waiting a couple of minutes, then reinserting the batteries and waiting for the camera to power back on. I also recommend ensuring you have a good Wi-Fi connection to the Sync Module and that the Sync Module has a good connection to the outdoor camera. I hope this information is helpful.
