This type of issue likely stems from a weak Wi-Fi signal. To help improve the connection, please try rebooting your Wi-Fi router, make sure your doorbell is close to the router, and check the Wi-Fi signal strength. Also, ensure that the doorbell is using a 2.4 GHz network for better performance.
