Ensure your Sync Module is online.
Power cycle your Sync Module by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
Power cycle your camera by removing the batteries for five seconds, then reinserting them.
Check the battery level and replace them if needed.
Verify your Wi-Fi connection is stable and active.
Check the signal strength between the Sync Module and the Outdoor 4 camera.

They also have a "people only" which is a great option if you live in the country. Just FYI, this DOES come with a sync module. I couldn't really find a yes or no on that question.
