It is not easy to use without the subscription with cloud storage. The option to use a thumb drive is cumbersome with no thumbnails available and the file is not saved immediately to the drive.

Waste if time and money.

The second I'd get one working and it went to 'sleep', I couldn't get video back on without completley disconnecting and reconnecting...just to start the process over agaiin for 3 hours. To be clear, sound would return just not video. I returned these and sbouggt TP-Link cameras and LOVE them.

Ensure your Sync Module is online.
Power cycle your Sync Module by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
Power cycle your camera by removing the batteries for five seconds, then reinserting them.
Check the battery level and replace them if needed.
Verify your Wi-Fi connection is stable and active.
Check the signal strength between the Sync Module and the Outdoor 4 camera.
