    Im satisfied with my purchase the only drawback i had was one of the cameras keeps disconnecting due to the battery dying i ordered a solar panel in hopes that it might keep it from dying. All in all its a good budget system especially when they go on sale.

    These are alright, the battery life isnt that along. Constantly have to be changing them. They keep in resetting

    During the trial period the speed of the devices to the app is super quick. After the trial the speeds slow, even after you pay. THIS IS A SUBSCRIPTION MODEL. The price is $10 a month but its not to bad considering its secure. Ive had a few problems but other than that they are ok

    Camera had a lot of connections issues. Not the easiest to set up. Took over an hour to get it to sync. I ended up selling 2 weeks after I bought them. Didn’t have the packaging so I couldn’t return them back to Best Buy.

    I really enjoy the camera set. First one I’ve had bought but everything works great and the connectivity via the app is fairly quick. Like any other system though, there is a 1-2 second lag on real time footage. Overall, it does what I need it for my home security.

    It’s ok but way too expensive to continue using there are cheaper options out there. The batteries are so expensive and don’t last very long unless you want to make the sensitivity settings so bad it doesn’t capture anything important.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing and want to provide some recommendations to help. First, I recommend ensuring the system has a good connection to your home's Wi-Fi. Weak signal strength between Blink devices and the Wi-Fi network can increase battery consumption, as can slow internet connection speeds. I recommend checking the signal strength from the Outdoor 4 camera to the sync module and positioning the sync module inside your home in a central location where all cameras will have a good connection. You can monitor battery level in the Blink app by tapping Device Settings, then General Settings. Battery strength indication is either "OK" or "Needs Replacement." The Blink app will display a "High Usage" alert message when your camera settings are likely to cause higher-than-normal battery consumption. I hope this information is helpful.
