Posted .Hello CelineP. I am so sorry to hear that your Wi-Fi was not able to reach the cameras where you needed them. We do offer a new device sold separately called a Sync Module XR that gives extended range (up to 400 additional feet) to up to 2 cameras which could potentially resolve your issue. This also has a microSD slot available on the Sync Module XR that can be used to store videos locally on your own microSD cards. I get peace of mind while I’m away from home. Good clear video. I didn’t think to provide pictures but I highly recommend.

The only thing I don’t like about it is sometimes it doesn’t sync with my Wi-Fi probably because it’s too far from my house. So I wish I knew ahead of time how far it could be placed without having any issues.
