The video and audio exceptional from the doorbell camera and the wireless camera as well. I would highly recommend Blink to anyone that would ask me.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing and have some recommendations to try and help. First, I recommend lowering the cameras' sensitivity setting; this can increase battery life. Low sensitivity (values of 1–4) means more movement over a longer period of time will create a notification. The motion can be a big or small object, or many small objects. I also recommend ensuring the system has a good connection to your home's Wi-Fi. Weak signal strength between Blink devices and the Wi-Fi network can increase battery consumption, as can slow internet connection speeds. I recommend checking the signal strength from the Outdoor 4 camera to the sync module and positioning the sync module inside your home in a central location where all cameras will have a good connection. Ensure that your camera has at least three bars of signal strength for camera-to-Wi-Fi connectivity. You can monitor the battery level in the Blink app by tapping Device Settings, then General Settings. Battery strength indication is either "OK" or "Needs Replacement." The Blink app will display a "High Usage" alert message when your camera settings are likely to cause higher-than-normal battery consumption. I hope this information is helpful. Bad units and bad batteries

The picture is broader but father away. Very crisp pictures outside. Problem is not all cameras would register for installation. So units went back . Batteries were not in package wrapper which was weird just thrown in box in all systems purchased. Batteries may have been old because had to open camera many times on various cameras. I had bjs same batteries at my houses so I replaced with the batteries with issuses with my new everready lithium. Fir some this would be a costly addition that you should not have to do when batteries should last 2 years not 2 days.

Great night vision. Portable and on the go. Personally i use them to monitor my car when traveling as a field service engineer. Recommend for peace of mind.

Ensure your Sync Module is online.
Power cycle your Sync Module by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
Power cycle your camera by removing the batteries for five seconds, then reinserting them.
Check the battery level and replace them if needed.
Verify your Wi-Fi connection is stable and active.
Check the signal strength between the Sync Module and the Outdoor 4 camera.
