GREAT CAMERA

Good camera, when it works correctly

Seems like every week I’m having to reset something. It’ll stop sending notifications, stop recording to usb card, etc…. It’s always something I’ve got to fool with and customer service is spotty at best. They either give you the typical text book solution which may or may not work and then you might get someone who actually knows something.

The doorbell camera batteries last longer for sure but the outdoor cameras the batteries go out way too fast! I only use one of the outdoor cameras because the others last a day maybe from batteries dying to fast. Which is sad I have two I’m not using because they won’t hold charge!
