Camera has been up for over a year still works. Only $10 a month is nice but I’ve deleted the app from my phone because the notifications drive me nuts.

Ensure your Sync Module is online.
Power cycle your Sync Module by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
Power cycle your camera by removing the batteries for five seconds, then reinserting them.
Check the battery level and replace them if needed.
Verify your Wi-Fi connection is stable and active.
Check the signal strength between the Sync Module and the Outdoor 4 camera.
