Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the blink 5 pack 4 Generation cameras for outdoors, less than a month ago and three of the cameras went offline already, I cannot climb in a ladder I'm physically disable. I bougth this cameras thinking everything would be easy for been wifi cameras, I'm very disapointed about this, when I call blink customer service they said I have to climb in a ladder to remove the batteries then install the batteries again! I bougth this cameras because of the two year battery life, now in less than a month I'm having problems with the cameras batteries. I hired Geek Squad to install them they did a great Job. I do not know what to do I cannot climb in the ladder to be fixing this cameras and not blink or best buy care about my physical disability. The cameras supuouse to work well is too soon for them to have the battery broken.

The Lithium batteries died within 2 weeks. You can block out areas to not detect motion, but you cannot zoom in and save it as a setting.
