Havent paid subscription for a month and it still dont record or capture videos when armed with a usb chip in it. Only doorbell works. Thinking of returning it and finding another brand.

Posted .Hello, Manuelaboi. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the Blink Outdoor camera system. I am sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with the device. I have some recommendations to try and help solve the issue. I recommend going into the Blink app and clicking on the sync module; from there, select Local Storage, and then under storage options, select local clip storage and ensure all devices are listed for local clip storage. Also, ensure you are using a Type-A USB drive in a supported format (exFAT recommended), with storage capacity between 1 GB and 256 GB and at least 375 MB of free space. Sometimes it doesn’t record the entire event. Most of the time you can’t hear the talk feature from the camera itself. Like if I were to talk to someone at my garage. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s an ok camera system
