Lots of positives, a couple of annoyances

I have several Blink cameras and have had no issues with their performance. Very nice to be able to store video's locally and not having to pay for cloud storage. A couple of annoyances to vent, first the attachment of camera to mount is really mickey mouse, very difficult to attach/detach, second the newer version 4 cameras are quite a bit larger (depth) than earlier ones and have to wonder why. Video quality is not as good as my Ring cameras, especially light saturation for bright backgrounds but not bad.

The only thing I wish was better is if you could roll back live fees. They do not seem to record constantly only little clips when motion is detected. It would be better to be able to roll back to specific times and see a continuous feed. If you only need a basic camera for your home it's good would not recommend for a business

Posted .Hello Sgomez! I thank you for taking the time to provide your review and feedback of your Blink cameras. I am unsure why your cameras are not working with your Echo Shows as they should be compatible. You need to have your Blink and Alexa accounts linked. You can do this through the Alexa smartphone app by searching for devices or by tapping the plus sign in the top corner of the home screen. Here you will then add cameras and select Blink as the brand name. You will have to log in with your Blink account and make sure that your Blink and Amazon accounts are the same ones you are using with your cameras and Shows. If you have any trouble in the setup process of this linking of accounts, please feel free to reach out to Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further. Both your Echo Shows and Blink cameras are Amazon brands so they should be fully compatible. I hope this gets you the assistance you need to resolve your issues and that you have a great day!
