Havent paid subscription for a month and it still dont record or capture videos when armed with a usb chip in it. Only doorbell works. Thinking of returning it and finding another brand.

Posted .Hello, Manuelaboi. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the Blink Outdoor camera system. I am sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with the device. I have some recommendations to try and help solve the issue. I recommend going into the Blink app and clicking on the sync module; from there, select Local Storage, and then under storage options, select local clip storage and ensure all devices are listed for local clip storage. Also, ensure you are using a Type-A USB drive in a supported format (exFAT recommended), with storage capacity between 1 GB and 256 GB and at least 375 MB of free space. Well it's winter up here and there is so much snow that if one was to install it, they might get hurt. Therefore, I can't form a review on the quality of the product. With that being said, I was told by friends that are purchased this product, they pay a monthly fee for the visions to be placed in a cloud...well to me that contradicts safety and privacy. I only had 2 options to recommend this product. I am going to submit yes, only due to the fact what might not work for me might for someone else.

They are not an upgrade. The range is off, they don’t have the same reaction time and the images are blurry. I ended up taking them down and putting the blink 3’s back up.

Said it would arrive on th 21st. I then get an email saying it will be delivered on the 5th of December. Still not here, keep in mind i have a store about 60 miles from me and its still mot here. Not a good way to start with a first time customer!! Very disappointed!!
