The fifth camera every time it is tried to be linked to the module says "device not supported". We called customer service and they sent us another camera. However, the new camera cannot be linked either. The same message "device not supported" appears.

They only record motion clips. I bought $400 worth of cameras including the floodlight and doorbell camera and installed them less than three weeks ago and now I have to get new batteries. I have the settings at minimums.

I had contact them an replaced 2 cameras I need to purchase many many lithium batteries thinking the originals were old. No way same problem has expense more than $70.00 in batteries !!! Support is very good but at the end Will tell you to replace the batteries nothing else I need to order cables to remove the batteries and connect to AC The main reason ti purchase Blink was to boy use ac and not need to run wires !!! No you know the true if you purchase Blink purchase cables to power them by AC power !!! Do not recommend to buy

And a month later the Battery died for this one too. And when I called to see the options I was told I have to pay for Best Buy to fix the item. Not fear

Why monitor your property with Blink when Blink is the one robbing you willingly. The cameras were not very useful WITH a free trial of the service and they are useless after unless you pay $10.99+ per month for the features that you need (yet still aren’t great).

Also I’m disabled and can’t be on ladders to fix my cameras and floodlights. Customer service was going to send new batteries but did not.

I'm sorry to hear that your batteries have run out so quickly; it's highly unusual for them to die after just a few days. The Blink app sends a high usage warning when batteries drain faster than usual. This can happen if the camera detects motion a lot, if you use the Live View feature often, or if there are many false alerts for motion. To help your batteries last longer, try moving the camera to a different spot, making the motion clips shorter, using Live View less, lowering the sensitivity, setting up Activity Zones, or only turning on the camera when you really need it. Also very important is to make sure to use fresh, high-quality lithium AA batteries, as alkaline or rechargeable batteries will also cause issues with battery life. They are slow to connect, long time to display playback, and the local storage solutions do not work after multiple attempts and follow the troubleshooting guide. Since the “free” cloud trial took me past the return date, I am unable to return them for not working as expected. Currently on my third call to technical support, don’t worry, it’s only a 30 plus minute wait for that. All in all, my 6 year old Arlo cams are back up because at least they work. Not recommended for purchase.

Have messaged the blink company multiple times and keep getting the same message back to unplug our internet (which i have done several times).
