Posted .Hello CelineP. I am so sorry to hear that your Wi-Fi was not able to reach the cameras where you needed them. We do offer a new device sold separately called a Sync Module XR that gives extended range (up to 400 additional feet) to up to 2 cameras which could potentially resolve your issue. This also has a microSD slot available on the Sync Module XR that can be used to store videos locally on your own microSD cards. I can just change them when needed. Other cameras I had the batteries are shot after 2 years and cost almost as much to replace as buying a new system.

Plan on going camping and you can hear and speak when using theses cameras. Travel a lot so places one in my hotel room can clear my mind. Worth every penny

The wider viewing angle and better resolution makes it a nice improvement over the previous generation of cameras by blink.
