    Bought this and regret it. Why monitor your property with Blink when Blink is the one robbing you willingly. The cameras were not very useful WITH a free trial of the service and they are useless after unless you pay $10.99+ per month for the features that you need (yet still aren’t great).

    The cameras have good resolution. They are slow to connect, long time to display playback, and the local storage solutions do not work after multiple attempts and follow the troubleshooting guide. Since the “free” cloud trial took me past the return date, I am unable to return them for not working as expected. Currently on my third call to technical support, don’t worry, it’s only a 30 plus minute wait for that. All in all, my 6 year old Arlo cams are back up because at least they work. Not recommended for purchase.

    I had trouble with these loading so got Ring to replace them. Camera quality was so much better with Ring.

    Drains batteries, even with IR off and sensitivity set low. Even bought the extended battery pack and it drains them in less than a month. Would not buy again.

    Cannot get this to connect our internet. Have messaged the blink company multiple times and keep getting the same message back to unplug our internet (which i have done several times). I cannot get them to support the item and will likely retun it. Horrible customer service from Blink.

    Worked on and off during trial subscription period. Now it won't record to the usb device inserted into the sync module. Pretty worthless overall.

    Replaced this item twice, taking them in again today. For some reason these cameras don’t like to be outside at all, they go offline in a couple days

    Cameras continue to go offline

    We purchased 7 cameras from Best Buy and had them installed as we are unable to climb a ladder to do this. Within two days, one of them went offline, so we paid someone to climb the ladder and replace the batteries. Within a week, two of them went offline again. Called Blink and they suggested buying a wi-if extender. We purchased that and had it installed and within a week, two of the cameras are again offline.

    I don’t like it. It says that it dexter motion but it did not record. I wanted to return it but I was past the return window.

      Hi AleRo, I’m sorry to hear your Blink Add-On Outdoor 4 camera didn’t record motion as expected. Add-On cameras require a Sync Module to operate, so if the system wasn’t set up with one, that could be why it didn’t work properly. If you do have a Sync Module and the issue continues, you might try checking the motion detection settings and ensuring the firmware is up to date in the Blink app. For further help, I recommend contacting Blink Customer Support at 1-833-392-5465.     These new updated cameras are worse than the previous version. The cameras only record when it wants to record. Didn't even detect the from people that are less than 10 feet away. Worst buy in security cameras and decision for going with blink brand. I'm currently in the process of returning and this garbage and looking for something more reliable.

    Absolute trash if you dont pay for a subscription the quality drops significantly and they claim the batteries last for a yr i had mine for less then 4 months and they died and now wont respond or turn on and since i dont pay 200 a yr for a membership i cant even exchange them

    I made a huge mistake by purchasing this cameras! In less than a month - two weeks to be exact, one camera went offline, I went through everything the app ask you to do in cases like this, including taking batteries off! There is when I noticed batteries were steamy hot! But they advertise these batteries will last 2 years and they are supposed to take every climate. They lied!
