||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Blink Outdoor 4 w/ Floodlight has been nothing but trouble since about a week after it was installed. Tried working with Blink customer service but they are worthless and unfortunately while working with them to try and figure out the issues my return window closed so now I'm stuck with a camera AND floodlight that works for about 5-9 days at a time before it's time to change the batteries and delete and re-add the camera EVERY time. Lithium batteries which the camera says is the ONLY kind that should be used are super expensive and this thing runs thru them ridiculously fast no matter how much I turn down the monitoring setting. Same for the floodlight, I had it set to where I only turned it on/off thru the app with no motion detection activation and the batteries still only lasted about 8 days even though the app showed them to be at 100%. I can NOT & would NOT recommend this item unless you want to be contacting customer service every 5-9 days and resetting your systems & buying batteries ALOT!!!

Water in the light.

Thank God for Best Buy protection plan, I was able to get another one to replace it at no extra cost. You may have an issue with the floodlight disconnecting from the camera too. I have 5 of them and they will randomly disconnect. Then you have to climb the ladder, take them down, troubleshoot, and put them back.

There were a few areas that we really wanted the flood lights put and I got to tell you the flood lights are pretty darn good. They come with four already installed d size batteries so that things last forever. They light the area. They're supposed to light very well and you can adjust the brightness level. So if you wanted a little lower you can set it a little lower. If you want it brighter, you can set it brighter. The only thing I could say that would make him better is the way you're able to angle the lights, but other than that they're pretty good
