The camera itself is great during the day. Having the light causes there to be a delay in capturing the video. If I could return I would get just the camera and buy my own motion censored flood lights.

Ever since I bought it, we have never been able to keep it working. The rubber around where the cord plugs in keeps it from staying completely plugged in. It works when we are holding it and pushing it in, but as soon as we let go it disconnects. Very upset because we did not open and install it until after the return date. Complete waste of money. So I don’t know if the cord is bad or if the receiving end is bad, don’t know which part to get replaced. Do not buy if you don’t want to risk wasting your money like did!

The actual motion pickup is O K ish. Resolution is fine and flood light works when it is supposed to. I guess i would rate this product as average but maybe i'm being to critical. Hmm. Hope this helps someone.

For some reason the light doesn’t want to come on, like any light at all is too much light for it to turn on automatically? But I know it works because I can turn it on manually.

Stopped working 3 weeks in. The camera would no longer be powered by the floodlight and I had to remove it. Above that, was denied a return by Best Buy because it was past “15 days”. Save your money and buy a Google camera instead. The user interface for the blink app is also beyond terrible. With all that money Amazon has, one would think they would have invested in a good application for blink.

Good quality for price, the screws for installation stripped extremely easily and now I'm having to remove the screw for install

Bought Blink as my first set if outdoor cameras and returned them a few hours after installing them. Dont get me wrong for the money you cant beat Blinks pricing. But i you want clarity brightness, clarity, AI asisted programming and so many other features that Blink is missing then check out Ring, Arlo or Eufy instead

I am unable to physically connect the wired mini usb connection from the floodlight to the camera. Therefore I cannot set it up for use.

I think it’s a horrible camera and it has battery only option I am going to return this product and purchase Ring

The light is far from bright. It only comes on half the time even after checking all my settings numerous times.

Not sure I didn’t even open the box. I just need the lights for my dogs. I put a Video Doorbell Camera

Returned it after it wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, it wasn’t as user friendly as the ring. Tried it because it cost less than the ring, but not happy with it, so we’re back on ring

Don’t buy! Waste of Money and difficult App Along w/ never Works real time and doesn’t pick up Wi-Fi !? Way too many problems so I would Go with Ring which I should of bought in first place because my Doorbell is awesome & Very easy to use…!

Has trouble loading - when it works video quality is good.

It had a login issue after i tried to verified my account that i just created. Amazon customer service was no help. So i return this in got the ring spotlight cam

Instructions not clear for layperson, if a person has no experience drilling holes, mounting devices, or down loading applications, ask the geeks to help, will save you a lot of heart aches.
