The subscription was a higher than most and the quality of the camera was not the good. U could barely hear what was being said even when someone was directly near the doorbell.

Works great! Great video quality! Even at night! & it gets a very good distance even on the sides! I was very surprised!!

The door bell camera does not show up on the echo and the echo can't find it. I have worked with support at Blink as well as Amazon Alexa and they just do not work together no matter how they set them up. Can't see who is at the door.

Poor design Cover clip broke first time when trying to reattach after inserting battery. Unit loooked nice was lous but again poor design

The door bell was nicely packaged with mounting screws, back plate, security tool (to take off back plate), and 2 lithium AA batteries, or it can be hard wired using a existing door bell circuit. Since my door bell is placed low and rewiring would be difficult, I will be depending on battery only. I have had Blink video cameras for quite some time, and can attest to how long the batteries last. Also, using the Blink sync module, there is no extra cost per month to store video clips. I do have to plug in a USB stick, but it all works quite well. So far everything seems to work well, including motion detection and door bell functions. The door bell is slimmer than most so it worked perfectly for my installation between the frame of my security door and brick wall. Mounting was easy (2 screws) and set up and pairing was intuitive. The door bell is also wifi only if you don't want to use the sync up module- however the instructions checked both boxes including the wifi which is a bit confusing. I did find the motion detection quite good. The video clarity was not the best, and faces were often difficult to recognize. I also found the night vision limited, and against a lighted background, the video made faces at not clear. Increasing the video quality from standard help somewhat, but I know it will affect the battery life. I think this is the trade off for a battery efficient unit. All in all, I find this unit acceptable, expecially for the price, and ease of installation. It can work just about anywhere (as long as your wifi extends) and there is no fees with the sync up module. I do wish the resolution was better.

I like it but could have come with a mount. It would ONLY be plastic so why no throw it in?

I love it, it does what i need and i connected it to my Alexas.

Good to have, especially with porch pirates attacking so often these days.

Great product record outside of my door working good very useful WIFI doorbell. works without a Blink plan too.

Not the best resolution I could expected, but for the price I think is reasonable, definitely Ring is way better

Wouldn't work for our needs and we already have a monitored camera out front so decided against this.

This requires additional things to be purchased to work properly. Definitely not a good purchase. Prefer Ring.

Eh, what a junky door bell. You will need the additional part. Feels cheap, and video quality is meh. Stick with ring.

Easy set up, great app that is so easy to use. Lots of features you can set up just like you need it.

It has a real delayed response. It doesn't work the greatest
