Do not like that you have to pay for live recording

This brand Doorbell, mini or outdoor are not recommended at all I have bought 10 total 4 of them are not working I realized that after the return period was over 2 of the outdoor were damaged by rain

Stopped working after a month. Mounting equipment faulty as well.

You have to wait extremely to long to see how is at the door I've had cheaper cameras with the video being available immediately. And why doesn't it come with a chime? Please make it make since.

Blink admitted a problem with some of their doorbells. We found it impossible to snap the bell to the frame. Tech told us some were not made right and we should return it and try another. If you got one, I would make sure you can snap the two parts together before you mount the plate and have holes in your moulding. Apparently some work and some don’t which you can see in previous reviews. Also, Blink’s advertising is not clear that the two way convo ONLY works with an echo device. We have loved all our many previous Blink products and this was our first glitch.

The battery died way too fast. It would lose connection constantly.

Doesn’t work half the time, the cameras are ok for your room but I would not recommend the doorbell.

Terrible battery life. It didn’t even last a month let alone the 1.5 years the guy that sold it to me in the store said it would last.

50.00 on doorbell 34.99 on sync module and a special mount for siding I have around 100.00 in something that doesn’t work. I had 2 people come to my home today one was inside my home for a while the doorbell picked him up on his way out. Then someone was in my garage this should have been picked up a glimpse and was gone it didn’t record. Found out people have been driving in the driveway to check on the house nothing but did pickup a school bus and the trash truck on the street. Good to check the weather I know I have snow I know when it rains but other than that not sure. I purchased one for my daughter same problem’s

Wasn't impressed with the picture quality, I use Ring now and the footage is uncomparable. You can't not make faces, license plate or even the make of a car.

I can't keep it working and I can't afford the 98 to have best buy to come check it out. I only live 1.3 miles from the store but the doctors won't let me drive. I guess I'm stuck with a product that won't work.

Drains batteries to fast not good, spending too much money on this item

These video doorbell worked great during the 30 day free period. It stopped worked as soon as I signed up for the Amazon plus plan with unlimted storage. Calls to Blink and Amazon did not have positive results.

Just not a good camera. Wouldn't connect , even when it did connect the video never loaded .

Lasted 3 months, doesn’t work, unless you pay monthly fee.

Easy to set up. But the picture takes too long to load. Getting quite frustrated might be going to buy a ring

i got a non branded and it works way better than this ring branded is trash ,do not buy this trash. battery not recomended
