Easy to setup. Picture quality is excellent and the app is very user friendly.

I really love this product! It was easy to set up with my phone. I was able to set it up outside using only an electric screwdriver. It does take a little patience to get the camera clipped into place on the mount. It is not too sensitive. No squirrels have set it off..

I returned this item after three (3) days. Set up was ok and not to difficult. But, after less than 12 hours it stopped working then spent several hours with customer support to reboot the doorbell and video camera . It then only worked less than 24 hours. As I started a reboot by myself, the next step was to call customer support again. No reason other than it just would not stay working. No bell, no video, no voice … nothing. I changed batteries as directed. No luck. WiFi and power were not the issue. And, if it were batteries, why would I need to change a lithium battery everyday. This item in my opinion was not worth the trouble. I am not calling customer support daily for reboots.

Doorbell looks great and video clips are good. My problem is, to enable or disable the motion detection, you have to press the doorbell each time. In order to extend the battery life (not have to replace them every few months), you have to disable the motion detection when it isn't warranted. Can you imagine being snug in your bed when you realize that you haven't enable the motion detector? Now you have to get out of bed to press the doorbell. I bought this for my sister as a Christmas present, she can't use it and it's too late to return it.

Great device and easy to install even if you don't have an existing doorbell. It comes with batteries and you can mount it anywhere. Only drawback, and this is my fault for not reading, is that you can't view the person at the door through a website. It has to be through your app on your phone.

Great Price for what you get. If anything it gives you some warning of who’s at your house. Thieves also take note and think twice before being on camera. Dont hide it make sure people know theyre being recorded.

Good quality video/very sensitive. Because it Triggers frequently make sure you use the grid to block out areas you do not want picked up

Nice product and was easy to install, however, it doesn’t work with my doorbell chime (which is frustrating, it’s not an old chime). Also, the company doesn’t offer a chime that I can purchase so we still aren’t notified quickly when people are at our door.

The bell ring is soft. The camera records video when someone ring the bell. Camera result is good and clear.
