These doorbell cameras are horrible. The whole blink system is terrible. Installed for only 30 minutes. Insane lag, app sucks and video quality is horrible.

Nice so fast. Doesnt record the important stuff just the beiginning of motion the blink cameras are the same way.

Doesn't ring , barely films in 24 hrs. Maybe 3 times ever at night. No clear instructions to use it.

Not supporting for wired. Basic video quality. Build quality is fine.

Doesn’t connect all the time, and you receive notifications after they’ve already happened. Even though I’ve selected to be notified as soon as an event happens in the settings.

Low review due to the fact that I already own 5 blink cameras yet this door bell says I have to have a plan to see my clips I will be returning this item. And just add another regular camera

The blink doorbell came out to $59 so I had to buy a bag of peanuts in order to qualify for discount

Do not like as well as other cameras very poor quality and picture compared to other cameras. Would recommend company upgrading it to a 4k one and we would purchase that one

Best Buy toos me i may want to contact amazon and figure out the amazon return process because theres a 1 year warranty… but i bought it through my best buy app.. I guess their time is more valuable than mine

If you expect it to get night time video don’t purchase. Also you must have a very string WiFi. This is being returned. Buy ring.

Confusing. Not easy to install. If you dont get the sync module. You dont get to enjoy all the benefits for the doorbell. Man. This was horrible to try and get to merge with alexa.

No matter how accurate you set you activity zone it still takes random recordings literally takes videos of nothing. A delivery driver went up to my house to my front door and the camera didnt pick up anything.

Should have been easy to install, but the cover mount onto the wall would not clip easily. Doorbell might f worked well but just couldn’t get it to lock on. Even has store and store mgr try. Returned for refund

The quality of this doorbell is very low and what it decides to record. It jumps and skips or just records nothing at all

I returned this product. I could not get the back plate to fasten back. It was too tight a fit. The doorbell worked fine, but I needed the back plate to help protect it from the weather.

I never leave reviews but this was a horrible customer experience. It shipped and was received over 2 weeks later than promised and arrived defective. Nobody from Best buy could help me. AVOID at all costs.
