Great product it was just what i ordered its the best

Giving this one star because negative 4 isn't an option they offer. This was the biggest waste of my hard earned money in the history of my life. Constantly goes offline and needs reset, I've had it six months and have been on the phone w customer service tech support nine times. Of course they barely speak English and don't know how to resolve the issue . Getting a refund on this piece of crap and getting a Ring

The video stream is not too good siund is alright but u need to actually be able to see someone outside ur door

Worthless without the subscription. If you choose to use local storage only, be prepared to constantly reboot your sync module, I have many other smart devices and amazingly Blink cameras are the only ones that seem to struggle with “internet issues”. Countless amounts of clips not stored for no reason, no notifications of any connection interruptions. Just a crappy product designed to keep Amazon’s budget friendly doorbell line in tact. I should’ve listened to my gut and bought something a little nicer. Lesson learned. Works with nonissues for 2 days, then issues, then I fix them and it works again, and then it fails again a few days later to save any clips on my local storage.

Batteries died in 28 days. No where near the “up to 2 years” as stated.

Definitely average. It doesn’t notify me unless someone actually rings the bell

I was super excited to receive this doorbell, but even after watching the video, it was difficult to install. Picture quality is okay, but I have a $20 video camera that I have mounted through the window that's actually a better quality.

Battery never charge two sensitive for the road was trying just to use the battery

Can not get to work yet. I'm working on it. Maybe I will get to work soon.

I like that you can shut off the motion detection when there is lots of activity.

Not sure why it got wired this way, but no doorbell rings. Only ‘rings’ on my phone. So if I don’t have my phone and am in another area, I don’t know if their is someone at my door.

This doorbell camera sucked I should have paid more for a ring but sales associate recommended it at a lower cost after 30 days u have to pay to record any clips do not buy

Total trash. Cannot connect and no support from Blink. Just emails that ask - did you connect? Buy Ring!

Most of these are defective, I tried two at the store the back will not snap on even had five employees try and no one could get the back snapped on don't buy horrible product

I was very disappointed with this device. It would record clear, then the picture would go black. Sometimes it work, but not consistently. Returned for Ring doorbell camera.

it would not work right especially if you don't have blink as your security system.

video quality poor. very laggy and pixelated. would not connect more than one camera to Blink modem and would not pair. took 1 hour to pair!
