I really like this device BUT! The batteries die really quickly without warning. I’ve changed the setting a numerous amount of times but still no luck.

Purchased to replace a unit that got damaged by humidity.

This gen has a better back slide to not only protect but secure the batteries. Last gen fell once and the prong for the battery got bent and had to replace. Unfortunate but lead to buying a better version of the product.

Better than the ring doorbell in my opinion works with other cameras

I wish the clarity was a little better at a distance. Other than that, good camera for the price. It was easy to set up and install. Blink app very user friendly.

Easy set-up. Works fine. Bad lag between motion detection and notification alert. Was not told that a second piece needed to be purchased for it to ring in the house, but you cannot purchase it separately. No remote access to view area unless motion is detected first. It's fine for basic use, but I honestly wish that I had bought the Ring doorbell instead.

I like this video doorbell cam for several reasons. You can view it on your phone or on an Echo Show. The video resolution is fantastic. It's half the price of the Ring doorbell video cam. You can use batteries for it to work or it can be hardwired. You can use a wireless chime with it as long as the chime runs on Wi-Fi. Or you can also buy one of those blink mini cameras that you plug in to the electric socket , and then use that as your chime. You also hear the chime sound through the doorbell video cam itself. You can even make a couple of the mini cameras make the chime sound. You can have 10 cameras running on one synk module. And if you join their membership for $10 a month you can use Blink cameras on it. As long as you remember that it's 10 cameras to one sync module. Blink cameras is the way to go.

Easy to install works great, the app is very intuitive .

This doorbell can connect to Alexa that announces when a visitor is detected. Haven’t figured out how to change name but a very good doorbell and devise.

This Blink doorbell is very similar to Ring at much lower price. It also has more features and made by the same company. My only complaint is sometimes the live view feature won’t work.

The front of my house is brick. The doorbell is mounted to the wood frame of the door. The door frame is recessed so about 1/4 of my camera view is the brick. Not a huge deal except the night vision lighting glares off the brick and overexposes the whole the video. I’m going to have to buy an angle mount and angle it away from the brick or an extension that moves it out past the brick. Doorbell itself works fine. Daytime camera video quality is good. Audio is good.

This device helps me keep up with my activity at home. I appreciate all that it gives.
