Pretty good but missing a few features I expected

Just a few features I thought were included that I later learned that I need the sync module for. Also from time to time the motion detection doesn’t track. I’ve left the house a few times and didn’t get a motion detection alert or recording. Will be getting sync model soon.

Night quality is poor if placed in dim lighted areas. Daytime video quality is very clear. Would not recommend if using as real time surveillance.

We are continually working to improve upon our products and services through updates to our lineup and software from feedback just like yours! Sometimes dimly lit areas can affect the transition from daytime to night time video like you are describing. One thing you can do to improve upon the delayed response time is to check your Network Strength for your doorbell. You can do this in the Blink app by tapping the 3 dots for your doorbell and then tapping General Settings. If your Network Strength is not full and green, you can try to position your Wi-Fi router closer to improve your connection. There is also a Blink Sync Module that you can purchase separately, that could improve your connection as well. However i dont like that it takes such a long time to open the live feed, even longer than their regular cameras. The video quality is decent though.
