I found communication a little slow, when someone rings the doorbell

I have 2 ringbell installed but one of them is off line frecuenly almost a daily thing ecer since the firs day the other thing i dont like is cant be conected to a solar panel charger

Its ok, Not what I thought but ok for the price. I didn't like that people have to ring the bell, I thought I could view without someone being there...

Been having it for a year & so far I like it. Have changed out batteries maybe 3 times because I didn’t realize you could change the spaces where it records.

It’s not bad for what you want it to do. Have to have a subscription for live view which I wasn’t keen on. App can be a little cluttered and confusing.

Would not stay connected, swapper to Arlo and they have worked great.

Works literally as intended, i mixed mine withe the home camera setup and it works great, get a usb flash drive for the sync module and you can avoid paying the monthly subscriptions

Camera quality is clear to a certain degree, its not the absolute greatest though. My biggest issue with this camera is the fact that I can't open the live view of the camera on more than one device (three of us use the app when out doing our things and like to check on the camera, but when one person is kn9, no one else can see through the camera...that sucks and is unreliable). Also, camera is slow to load when opening it on the app (all devices are recent models that are fast in connection, etc.). So in overall, i wouldn't recommend unless you're ok with those kind of flaws.....

Love this doorbell. This is my second one I’ve purchased.

Ok quality. The image is not great. You should have the sync module or it will only save to the cloud. Also if you have more then one device it will only save one at a time. Ok if your on a budget or just need a simple one or two camera system.

I was skeptical on buying this, but this has been great. The only thing is, when I'm at home, it takes a bit more to arrive the notification to the cell phone. Also like that i was able to keep using my mechanical chime

Bought for my home. I’m sure it works great as it has good reviews and was recommended by Best Buy worker helping me but my husband hasn’t installed it yet. Might have to result to getting the father in law over to do it

Not loving this battery gobbling doorbell. Can't seem to get the settings set just right to not kill batteries in less than 3 days :/

Great product! I hesitated on buying the doorbell. My only regret is waiting so long! The best part about the purchase is I didn't have to order it from Amazon. Best Buy had it right there for me.

This is great to have at your front door! It works great & easy to see people as they approach your house. You may have to play with the sensitivity so it doesn’t pick up every car & person that goes by your house!

I have installed numerous Blink cameras and I was excited for the new doorbell. Install was easy. Followed the directions and when mounting the camera to the backing plate several of the tabs snapped when sliding it down to lock it in place. So far I can't seem to find a replacement part. I guess these are fragile. Quite disappointed in the quality, Not sure if I can return it.

I recently purchased it, attracted by its affordable price and advertised features, but my experience has been far from satisfactory due to misleading information and unexpected costs. The most frustrating aspect of this purchase was the lack of transparency regarding storage options. The product page mentions both local and cloud storage but fails to clearly state that local storage requires an additional Sync Module 2, which costs an extra $50 if purchased separately. This crucial detail was not mentioned upfront, leading me to believe I could use local storage without further investment. When I discovered this, I felt misled and forced to spend more money than anticipated. If you buy the camera and the Sync Module 2 together, it only costs $70. This pricing structure feels intentionally deceptive, and the lack of clear communication is unacceptable. Overall, my experience with the Blink camera has been disappointing. While the doorbell itself performs adequately, the misleading information about storage options and the unexpected expenses have left a sour taste. I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable home security solution. The company needs to be more transparent about the true costs associated with using their cameras to avoid misleading customers and wasting their money.
