Technological excellence. Easy to use. Reliable. I have purchased this many times for friends and family. Great product. Be sure to use lithium batteries for best performance.

So far so good. Installation was fairly simple. Installation guide could have been shorter. Works as it should so far. Picture quality is great in my opinion. The microphone seemed to work very well but the speaker not so much. Can't say if it's a brand issue or just with this unit, looking into it.

Works well, does what it needs. Only wish that if it was hard wired, batteries shouldn’t need to be repaired.

Great quality pic. Picks up people talking 3 doors down. Perfect sensitivity. Easy to install. Communicates with indoor camera. Ring the door bell and inside camera rings.

Super easy to install. Great clarity for picture and sound. I love that I can adjust sensitivity from my phone, or turn off notifications. 10/10 would definitely recommend, especially because you have the option to wire it to an existing bell or have it wireless.

I am not able to have it wired in so I am forced to use batteries. I do not get a lot of traffic and the batteries still need to get changed every month. I use the batteries blink has told me to use and still it doesn’t last more than a month. Other than that I love the camera. The video quality is good. The sound quality could be a little better but it still is good

I had one of these that, after 5 years, the lens turned white and the video was foggy. The weather messed it up, and it needed to be replaced. These cameras have great clarity in the videos. I highly recommend them.

I love the quality of the camera and the east setup. We opted not to wire thru our existing doorbell so the live feed option was not available without the sync module so I exchanged for the Blink doorbell camera and sync module bundle since it was on sale. Basically for the sync module for $5 instead of $35. A steal!

I recently replaced all my Ring doorbells with these Blink doorbells. Picture quality is about the same or slightly better than Ring (I had Ring v2 and Pro), with a wider field of view for the Blink. I like how it is both wired and battery powered, where the Ring was either/or but not both. I've had Blink outdoor cams for a couple years now and can confirm 2+ years of battery life per device. I switched mainly for the cost, Ring recently raised prices for cloud storage to $39.99 per year per device (~$80/year for me). Comparatively Blink cloud plan is $100/year for all devices including Blink doorbells, outdoor and indoor cameras (of which I have more than 10 altogether). Also the Blink cloud plan is optional if you have the Sync Modules, so viewing captured videos with Blink can be as little as $0. With Ring, if you do not have a cloud plan, it will not capture video, you can only interact with the doorbells in Live mode, which means you can't capture porch pirates like you can with Blink.

Not a horrible doorbell, but if your not tech savvy I would say pay the extra money for a better doorbell. This one is easy to install and has a good picture but the app is hard to navigate in my opinion.

Excellent security camera. Put the app on you phone. See who is at the door without getting up.
