Ive had multiple packages delivered with no notifications at all. But anytime I myself come or go, it always alerts me. The sounds are very touch and go as well. The app isnt the best either as far as feautures go. Its one of the more inexpensive security options but in my opinion, spend a little more and get one that actually works 100% of the time. Im going back to vivint!
