This camera sometimes captures good picture quality, and bad picture quality. Then sometimes it doesnt capture a person at all. For me, I would not recommend to someone and will most likely be returning it if I can.

Do not buy its horrible takes a very long time to load/turn on and sometimes doesn't even work. Very disappointed will definitely go with different camera system.

It’s ok but it has drawbacks. I don’t like how my app don’t notify me someone is at the door until they are already ringing the doorbell. I thought it would capture them on video as they are walking up but it don’t. Another thing is when someone is at the door it only records like 10 seconds so it doesn’t give you much time to try and figure out who it is depending what n how quick the person walks away. Sometimes it don’t record someone walking away from the door and sometimes it does.

Do not like that you have to pay for live recording

This brand Doorbell, mini or outdoor are not recommended at all I have bought 10 total 4 of them are not working I realized that after the return period was over 2 of the outdoor were damaged by rain

Blink admitted a problem with some of their doorbells. We found it impossible to snap the bell to the frame. Tech told us some were not made right and we should return it and try another. If you got one, I would make sure you can snap the two parts together before you mount the plate and have holes in your moulding. Apparently some work and some don’t which you can see in previous reviews. Also, Blink’s advertising is not clear that the two way convo ONLY works with an echo device. We have loved all our many previous Blink products and this was our first glitch.

You have to wait extremely to long to see how is at the door I've had cheaper cameras with the video being available immediately. And why doesn't it come with a chime? Please make it make since.

The best thing about this was that I was able to get a refund. It’s cheap but so is everything else about it, including the resolution, the housing, and the app. The notifications are basically mailed to you. I bought the Ring Doorbell Plus for $40 more and it works perfectly. I’m not sure how this has good reviews but be prepared to get what you paid for.

Terrible battery life. It didn’t even last a month let alone the 1.5 years the guy that sold it to me in the store said it would last.

Doesn’t work half the time, the cameras are ok for your room but I would not recommend the doorbell.

Stopped working after a month. Mounting equipment faulty as well.

Make sure you have new or updated wiring! I have a 60s house with a standard wired doorbell and it won’t work because of the low voltage. Buyer beware! I have it for sale if you want it! Couldn’t to get to power up, thus the low reviews for visual quality, etc.

The battery died way too fast. It would lose connection constantly.

So blurry you can tell what anything even is. The batteries outlasted the doorbell

HORRIBLE! Blink customer service is a joke! They keep logging me out of the account, which discontinues the video doorbells.

50.00 on doorbell 34.99 on sync module and a special mount for siding I have around 100.00 in something that doesn’t work. I had 2 people come to my home today one was inside my home for a while the doorbell picked him up on his way out. Then someone was in my garage this should have been picked up a glimpse and was gone it didn’t record. Found out people have been driving in the driveway to check on the house nothing but did pickup a school bus and the trash truck on the street. Good to check the weather I know I have snow I know when it rains but other than that not sure. I purchased one for my daughter same problem’s

I can't keep it working and I can't afford the 98 to have best buy to come check it out. I only live 1.3 miles from the store but the doctors won't let me drive. I guess I'm stuck with a product that won't work.

It sucks. The batteries doesn’t last long. I wouldn’t recommend.

Wasn't impressed with the picture quality, I use Ring now and the footage is uncomparable. You can't not make faces, license plate or even the make of a car.

If you use it with battery AA Too bad I don't like it
