Mine is connected to the wifi extender and has been doing great. Also recommend springing for the subscription. I saw someone attempting to break into the storage units the first week I installed the doorbell. There’s a bit of lag with the sound and the sound isn’t too great but it’s not horrible.

I started using this in January 2023… the feedback started to diminish around July 2024 and it’s stopped working completely in December 2024. My uses- -temporary motion sensor recording. FYI- Once the recording stops, it will not pick up anything else again for 10 seconds. -2 way communication with ppl at my door FYI- -I didn’t have live viewing -It doesn’t pick up on any extremely fast motions. Ex- a driver was shot at the top of my street, causing his foot to hit the gas, so the car drove past my camera and into a fence at the end of my street (abt 20 steps away from my porch). The camera didn’t catch any of that, but my neighbors back yard ring doorbell camera did.
