its says hard wired, but giving alerts on battery being low and going off line once the battery is drained out completely

Ok quality. The image is not great. You should have the sync module or it will only save to the cloud. Also if you have more then one device it will only save one at a time. Ok if your on a budget or just need a simple one or two camera system.

We got the doorbell camera to our Sync Module that controlled the indoor and backyard cameras. We had a Ring doorbell that didn't work as well as we wanted. The Blink doorbell camera for in and works better.

No light so he aure to by spotlight or blink flood to use at night

Works great and if doing it with batteries and have orther blink products you can connect to them to use as a chime for when doorbell is ringed , it worke good

I recently purchased it, attracted by its affordable price and advertised features, but my experience has been far from satisfactory due to misleading information and unexpected costs. The most frustrating aspect of this purchase was the lack of transparency regarding storage options. The product page mentions both local and cloud storage but fails to clearly state that local storage requires an additional Sync Module 2, which costs an extra $50 if purchased separately. This crucial detail was not mentioned upfront, leading me to believe I could use local storage without further investment. When I discovered this, I felt misled and forced to spend more money than anticipated. If you buy the camera and the Sync Module 2 together, it only costs $70. This pricing structure feels intentionally deceptive, and the lack of clear communication is unacceptable. Overall, my experience with the Blink camera has been disappointing. While the doorbell itself performs adequately, the misleading information about storage options and the unexpected expenses have left a sour taste. I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable home security solution. The company needs to be more transparent about the true costs associated with using their cameras to avoid misleading customers and wasting their money.

I love this doorbell! Price is excellent and I like being to communicate through the doorbell. Installed in a few minutes. Great gift idea too.

This doorbell is great love the 2 way talk feature and that you can set the doorbell to a custom noise

So far, so good. I am expecting Blink video doorbell at least to capture the moments and anything that happens as well. As long as I have my phone with me, I should be able to capture everything. Seriously, don't fail me Blink! LOL!

As of now I really liked it but to store the videos we need the subscription apart from it everything is good.

Works well paired with the sync module. Only complaint is that it's a little slow in l loading videos for playing but it does do the job I need it to do.

The blink camera system works for what we need. We are happy that we can leave home and still see everything that's going on at home.

Love the product. Just wish we had somewhere else to shop. We bought an 85 inch tv. And the guy that sold us the tv was lazy and rude.
