Much more affordable than some of the other brands. The ordering process was easy and it was ready in time for pick up. I had no issues with this product and will probably order another one for another family member.It also has affordable good quality additional cameras to add for a complete security system for my home.

Decent video, ok doorbell

The lack of a standalone chime means you either need your phone or another alexa device. I use a echo show 5 but you have to setup the routines for both doorbell press and something to turn off the feed after time. It would be nice if amazon just had a native doorbell feature within the Alexa app.
